Unlimited Dynamic Range for Next-Gen Wideband Receivers
Solving signal saturation in Software Defined Radios (SDR) and Passive Radar through folding architectures.
Conventional ADCs suffer from a limited Dynamic Range (DR). When an input signal (like a powerful radar pulse) exceeds the ADC's voltage ceiling, the signal "clips," leading to permanent data loss and severe distortion.
In modern environments—filled with multi-standard receivers and wideband interference—maintaining high fidelity without saturation is a critical bottleneck for signal processing.
Instead of letting the signal saturate, our architecture applies a modulo operation in the analog domain.
